For just $200, students will dive into the essentials of mixology in a fun, relaxed setting.

Each session includes hands-on guidance from our expert bartenders, light snacks, a recipe book, and you’ll take home one of our scratch-made bitters or syrups to kickstart your own home bar! Here’s a peek at what each class offers:

Class One: Building Your Home Bar | Sunday, January 12th | 12-2pm
From Shaker to Spirits: Setting Up the Essentials
To kickoff this series, you’ll learn the basics of building a home bar. From selecting essential tools to understanding base spirits and mixers, you’ll leave with the skills and knowledge you need to start mixing like a pro.

Perfect for beginners who want a strong foundation, this class covers all the must-haves for a well-stocked bar.

Class Two: Balance | Sunday, February 2nd | 12-2pm
Finding the Perfect Blend of Flavor
The secret to a memorable cocktail is balance—between sweet, sour, bitter, and spirit. This class will dive into the science and art of balancing flavors, teaching you to craft cocktails that are neither too strong nor too sweet.

Expect to experiment with fresh ingredients and classic ratios for a perfectly tailored drink.

Class Three: Shaken or Stirred? | Sunday, March 9th | 12-2pm
Mastering Techniques for a Smooth Sip
The final class of this series explores the techniques for shaken and stirred cocktails. You’ll learn when to shake versus stir, why it matters, and how each technique influences the final drink. They’ll leave with newfound confidence in crafting cocktails with smooth textures and flavors that impress.

All classes will be held at Salita, which will be closed to the public during this time for an intimate, cozy experience without interruptions!
