Braziliano: An Italian/Brazilian Culinary Playdate

Olá! On July 25th, we’re flying to the Brazilian coast for a summery beach playdate. Bright & tropical meets comforting classics—you’ve never had anything like it!

 

Here’s what’s on the menu:
• Pao De Quejo – Mozzarella Roll with Fontina, Ricotta & Passionfruit Jam
• Coxinha – Potato and Chicken Croquette with San Marzano Pomodoro Sauce
• Moqueca – Fish and Shrimp Stew, Coconut Milk, Tomatoes, Garlic & Squid Ink Taglierini
• Espetos – Marinated Pork Loin and Hanger Steak with Salsa Verde & Farro
