Hooves & Hops Beer Dinner 2024

Osteria Marco’s Annual Hooves & Hops Dinner is back for a 13th year!
Join us for an evening of pork-centric cuisine and handpicked, local brews in collaboration with Shelter Distilling on Wednesday, October 9th at 6pm.
Your $75 ticket will get you 5 courses, 5 beers, and Shelter Distilling’s Head Distiller and Brewer, John Morris, will guide you through his pairings for the evening, sharing expert tips and insights on selecting the perfect beer.
The Menu Includes…
- Antipasta: Sausage Crostini, Ricotta, and Roasted Fennel
- Insalata: Eggs Benedict Salad with Frisee, Guanciale, and a Dill Vinaigrette
- Pasta: Braised Pork Shoulder Ravioli, Smoked Mozzarella Fonduta, and Gremolata
- Entrée: Porchetta with Red Cake Lettuce, Charred Cipollini Onions and Salsa Verde
- Dessert: Apple Pie Crostata with Bacon Gelato and Cinnamon Caramel
